Your enquiry
The website prepares an email draft on your device addressed to cedar@storagehub.co.za. Preparing a draft does not send it. You choose an email app, review the details and press Send yourself. You can also copy the draft or choose Gmail.
The team uses the information you send to respond to your enquiry. Parking enquiries may also include a request for launch information. Please avoid including sensitive documents or payment details in an initial enquiry. Contact the team at the address above if you have a question about information you have shared.
Bruno, the website helper
Bruno gives preset answers to common questions using information from this website. He is an automated helper, and cannot see live availability, bookings or account records. Messages are handled within the current browser page and are not sent to a chat service or saved after you reload. Use “Clear chat” to remove them during your visit.
If you choose a WhatsApp or email link in Bruno’s replies, your latest question is included in a draft for you to review. You decide whether to send it. Please contact the team directly for prices, availability or anything specific to your account.
Your saved space estimate
Item quantities are saved in this browser so you can return to your estimate. This does not save your contact details. Use “Clear everything” in the calculator to clear the saved quantities, or clear this website’s browser data. If browser storage is unavailable, the calculator still works for the current visit.
Play mode and discoveries
Just exploring? Play mode uses a separate temporary packing list and leaves your saved estimate unchanged. Return to your list to restore it. Choose Keep this packing list to replace your saved estimate with the play list. Reloading the page discards an unkept play list.
Your discovered surprises are saved in this browser separately from your estimate, so you can return to your collection. Only discovery identifiers are saved; this feature does not collect your name or contact details. Reset discoveries in the collection clears them without changing your packing list. Clear everything clears your real estimate; Clear play items clears only the temporary play list.
Calculator celebrations
Some calculator items reveal brief visual effects and original music when you click their name or add them. Sounds are generated on your device; no audio service is contacted. Use Sound off to mute them, or Stop to end a celebration. They end after ten seconds and stop when you leave the calculator or switch away from the page. Motion effects respect your device’s reduced-motion setting.
Maps, fonts and external links
The map uses Google Maps and the page may load fonts from Google Fonts. Those services receive connection information when they load and apply their own privacy policies. Opening Gmail, Google Maps or WhatsApp takes you to that provider’s service. Your browser or device may require an installed or configured email app to open an email draft.
Before you book
The space calculator and size illustrations use typical item volumes and are intended as a guide. They do not guarantee a packing arrangement, availability or price. Cedar Square unit sizes may differ from the standard examples shown. The team will confirm a suitable unit, pricing, access arrangements and rental terms before a booking is agreed.
Executive Parking is presented as a coming-soon concept. Images are artist’s impressions; the final design and features may change. Opening dates, pricing and availability will be confirmed by the team.
